WHOA TRAVEL
WHOA is a women-powered boutique adventure travel company that was born on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro by Allison Fleece and Danielle Thornton. Taking on an epic challenge, like summiting Africa’s tallest mountain, combined with the laughter, camaraderie, and support they shared with other like-minded women awoke something inside of them. It was something so much bigger than a hike, and they wanted to make sharing transformational adventures like this one, their life’s work. Now, over 10 years later, WHOA is supporting female guides and has moved (and hiked) mountains on all 7 continents!
At its heart, WHOA believes travel is a force for good, and that resonates in everything they do. Proudly prioritizing equity and sustainability in the outdoors, WHOA has witnessed firsthand the power that sharing adventures has on people’s lives and communities. Like hiking trails, life is full of ups and downs, and WHOA knows that we’re stronger together (and the journey is a lot more fun that way too)!

THE DEEP CENTER
The Deep Center is a woman owned online wellness studio for women, during and after breast cancer to reclaim power through movement, meditation, and aligned connection. It was founded and is run by wellness enthusiast and breast cancer thriver, Kendall Carriere.
Kendall knows all too well that cancer can feel defeating, stressful, and isolating. After years of owning and managing fitness studios, Kendall realized that the world doesn’t need another fitness studio—the world needs stress management. We need tools and resources to help women during and after breast cancer to work through trauma so they don’t get stuck.
Kendall wanted to create a space for female cancer patients and thrivers to feel strong, empowered, and supported through their cancer journey. She teaches women at a critical time of their life to gain hope, strength, and a deeper connection to self through simple, straightforward movements and meditations.
The Deep Center partnered with iRise Above Breast Cancer to deliver targeted programming for young women who join the 12-week iRise & Shine Wellness Training Program as well as the 6-month iJourney Program.
