iRise Above’s transformative adventures and restorative retreats invite young women diagnosed with breast cancer to extraordinary landscapes to reconnect with themselves, one another, and the wild. Through movement, exploration, reflection, wellness, and shared experience, we make space for wonder and challenge, grief and joy, rest and possibility—and for what can surface when we become curious about where we are and who we are becoming.

These are more than trips. They are invitations to cross a threshold, venture beyond what feels known, and meet yourself outside the confines of breast cancer. To feel small beneath a vast sky and powerful in your own body. To notice what the landscape reveals when you are willing to listen. And to return home carrying a different sense of what it means to be fully alive—and what might still be possible.
