EMPOWERMENT THROUGH MINDFULNESS

This webinar will address how distraction, stress, and cognitive overload affect our brains and therefore our ability to focus, concentrate, and be productive. We will touch on all aspects of wellbeing, and how we can use mindfulness techniques to improve on our well-being. We will talk about and practice mindful breathing exercises. The webinar will also address productivity—that is, how do we harness our mind to its best ability in the face of distractions big and small. To that end, we will practice mindfulness while working on something—it could be anything: a project, a letter, a to-do list, a journal—literally bring anything you would like to focus on for a few minutes.
